Hi Paul, I'm Brenda's brother, Colin. I had a 'corporate day' at Hawk Conservancy as a gift a few years ago, it was a lovely day and very interesting, flying a few birds, using their tracker gear and watching displays and visiting the hospital. Great place.
ReplyDeleteI'm now a bird ringer so I do less gadding about birding, sticking more to my local sites but I'm off to Morocco on Tuesday for a weeks birding with a couple of friends with who we do a trip every year, usually Europe but Israel a couple of years ago and Florida is on the list! One friend is an expert bird photographer who is usually winning or close to winning the annual competition at the Club. I used to digiscope but dont do much at all now, except the Terns picture you liked with a compact digital camera!
